Not metaphorical for my state of mind at all, really I’m quite cheerful! It’s only the sun who seems a little sad, and I guess that’s why we never see it anymore! Melbourne has become this windy, rainy, dark place that makes me remember how much I love the freedom of summer. Still, there’s nothing quite like dressing cosy for the cold! And nothing screams cosy like oversized. In this case I wore this ASOS t-shirt which is now on sale in a whole load of colours! This umbrella is also a firm favourite, it’s actually my mum’s and has a print of the London skyline across it! Just a little nudge on a dark day to make sure I never forget what I’m working toward, and that in itself is enough to make me smile! x
